At TidalForge-Nautical, we stand behind the quality of our products.

We do not accept returns on used items. All sales are final on any product that has been used.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@tidalforgenautical.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund in these cases.

All unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
